What happens if I don't get availability when I choose the dates?
Does it mean that there is no villa available?
No. It means that at that moment the system does not give availability for a specific type of villa chosen. If this happens to you, please contact us either by telephone on +34 928 51 86 24 / 600 03 66 56 or by email at info@villaskamezi.com to make a direct enquiry so that we can give you the best option available at that moment.
Is there a minimum stay required to book?
Yes, depending on the season, from 3 to 5 days, with some exceptions.
I try to make the reservation and it is not finalized with the error "invalid card".
It is possible that the expiry date of your card is prior to the date of your check in so the system returns this error. If this happens you can either use another card or you can contact us on +34 928 51 86 24 / 600 03 66 56 or email info@villaskamezi.com and we will make the reservation directly.
What happens to the payments made if my flight is cancelled at the last minute?
If you notify at the time of the force majeure that prevents you from flying, you have the option of receiving a voucher valid for 3 years for the amount of the deposit for your next stay or a refund on the scheduled day of arrival.
Are you travelling with children? Useful information
Cots, high chairs, fall barriers and pool fences are provided for babies. We also have a babysitting service on request.

Information about check in and check out
What time can I check in?
From 3:00 p.m. onwards. If your arrival is after the reception closing time, you will have the information so that you can access your accommodation. However, if you expect to arrive after the reception closing time, please let us know so that we can provide you with a good service.
What about check out?
Before 12 noon on your day of departure. However, in case of availability, we offer a late check out either in your villa or in a courtesy room.
