What happens if I don't get availability when I choose the dates? Does it mean that there is no villa available?

No. It means that at that moment the system does not give availability for a specific type of villa chosen. If this happens to you, please contact us either by telephone on +34 928 51 86 24 / 600 03 66 56 or by email at info@villaskamezi.com to make a direct enquiry so that we can give you the best option available at that moment.

Is there a minimum stay required to book?

Yes, depending on the season, from 3 to 5 days, with some exceptions.

I try to make the reservation and it is not finalized with the error "invalid card".

It is possible that the expiry date of your card is prior to the date of your check in so the system returns this error. If this happens you can either use another card or you can contact us on +34 928 51 86 24 / 600 03 66 56 or email info@villaskamezi.com and we will make the reservation directly.

What happens to the payments made if my flight is cancelled at the last minute?

If you notify us at the time of the force majeure that prevents you from flying, you have the option of receiving a voucher for the amount of the deposit for your next stay with no expiry date or a refund within 14 days from the scheduled day of your arrival.

Acceptance of the voucher means that you are already a repeat customer for your next stay and will benefit from the advantages of our repeat customers.

It is necessary to notify us within 24 hours after the force majeure occurs and, in any case, always 24 hours before the date of arrival.

PCR tests for the return to the country of origin

Villas Kamezí has an agreement with different clinics with special prices and conditions for its clients. We will be happy to arrange an appointment for the relevant tests.

What is the location of COVID in Lanzarote?

Cots, high chairs, fall barriers and pool fences are provided for babies. We also have a babysitting service on request.

Information about check in and check out

What time can I check in?

From 15:00. If your arrival is after the reception closing time (19:00 or 21:00 depending on the season), in any case, you will always be attended by Kamezí staff or you will have enough information to be able to access your accommodation.

However, if you expect to arrive after the reception closing time, please let us know so that we can provide you with a good service.

What about check out?

Before 12:00 on your day of departure. However, if available, we can offer a late check out either in your villa or in a courtesy villa.

Reception hours

Reception from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. with staff available to deal with any emergency situation that may arise.
