How to get there from the airport

  • Hotel shuttle service: Kamezí Boutique Villas offers an airport shuttle service, which can be arranged by contacting the hotel in advance.
  • Taxi: A taxi from the airport to the villas takes about 32 minutes, costing between 65 and 85 euros.
  • Hire a car: The distance is approximately 37 km, and the journey takes about 32 minutes. This is a convenient option if you want to be mobile during your stay.
  • Bus: There is no direct bus. You can take bus 161 to Playa Blanca and then bus 30; the journey takes around 1 hour and 41 minutes, and costs between 4 and 7 euros.

How to get to ....

Timanfaya National Park

  • Distance: Approximately 20 km.
  • By car: Take the LZ-2 road to the north and then the LZ-67 road to the west. The journey takes about 25 minutes.
  • Public transport: There are no direct buses from Playa Blanca to the park. We recommend renting a car or hiring an organised excursion.

Jameos del Agua

  • Distance: Approximately 70 km.
  • By car: Drive north on the LZ-2, then take the LZ-3 and finally the LZ-1 to the northeast. The journey takes about 1 hour.
  • Public transport: From Playa Blanca, take a bus to Arrecife and then another to the north of the island. However, public transport can be limited and less convenient.

Fundación César Manrique

  • Distance: Approximately 50 km.
  • By car: Drive north on the LZ-2, then take the LZ-3 and finally the LZ-34 towards Tahíche. The journey takes about 45 minutes.
  • Public transport: Take a bus to Arrecife and then another to Tahíche. Timetables may be limited.

Playas de Papagayo

  • Distance: Approximately 10 km.
  • By car: Drive east along the coast road. The final access is via a dirt road; a suitable vehicle is recommended. The drive takes about 20 minutes.
  • Public transport: There are no direct buses. Can be reached by taxi or rental car.

Cueva de los Verdes

  • Distance: Approximately 70 km.
  • By car: Similar to the route to Jameos del Agua, as they are close to each other. The journey takes about 1 hour.
  • Public transport: Limited and less convenient. Renting a car or hiring a tour is recommended.

Jardín de Cactus

  • Distance: Approximately 60 km.
  • By car: Drive north on the LZ-2, then take the LZ-3 and finally the LZ-1 north-east to Guatiza. The journey takes about 50 minutes.
  • Public transport: From Arrecife, there are buses to Guatiza, but timetables can be limited.

Playa de Famara

  • Distance: Approximately 60 km from Kamezí Boutique Villas.
  • By car: Take the LZ-2 towards the north, then the LZ-3 towards Arrecife, and finally the LZ-20 towards Teguise until the LZ-30 and LZ-402 which lead directly to Famara. The journey takes about 50 minutes.
  • Public transport: From Playa Blanca, you can take a bus to Arrecife and then transfer to Caleta de Famara. However, the journey is long and connection times can be limited.
